Return & Refund Policy

 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund. Or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

For return & refund policy, you must notify us immediately if found unnecessary in the item you purchased particularly for perishable products like vegetables & fruits , and must take a photo. And for non perishable products like honey, processed products & other products you must return the item within two (2) days from the date of purchase.

 

1. Please email (YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS) to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.

2. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

3. Take a photo of defective goods, if any.

Return Exceptions

Items can not be returned if found out mishandling of customer.

 

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
